Children Disputes
If parents are going to separate or have already separated, there may be a dispute as to with whom the children will live and/or how much contact they will have with their other parent.
In many families these issues are resolved entirely by the parents themselves. Sometimes this is not possible and in these circumstances we are able to advise you regarding the best way to resolve your dispute. This may be by solicitor negotiation, mediation, collaboration or as a last resort by making an application to the court.
Most cases can be resolved without the need to go to court. If matters do have to go to court then you will find us practical and focused in putting your and your children's interests first.
